About the Class

A nourishing time out, dream-journeying in stillness and deep relaxation to sounds of Tibetan Singing bowls and other instruments played live just for you. Sound has a deeply healing and balancing effect on mind, body and soul. Sound vibration is a powerful generator of energy, helps release blockages and cleanses your cell and energetic body, so that you can vibrate on a higher frequency and experience more joy, and feeling 'alive' and 'light'. In this special, you will feel special. Yes to a lasting relaxation and well-being effect. Your body is a temple, and we warmly invite you to treat it that way! Welcome as you are, beginning to and practicing yoga. Bring cosy layers/socks and an extra blanket if you can. Mats, blankets and eye pillows provided.
