Be warmly invited to a 7-day practice, evoking healthy routine, presence, clarity and at-easeness. We move slowly with plenty of space to sense - via intuited, relaxed practices of yoga/massage/breath - sending you into bliss, open space and deep unwinding. Daily poetry/ inspiration is offered inviting refelction/ journalling for how you wish to start this fresh year. This sacred sharing in a small safe group will be comfortable for everyone from beginners to seasoned journeyers. The more one joins, the more one benefits...
