Be invited to experience deep inner peace as we explore ways to release tension and stress through movement, togetherness and a nourishing home-made organic meal and fIka. Grieving is universal, and done consciously, a tool to let us move on and transform pain into gentle acceptance..... We all un-knowinly grieve what is no longer, and communally sharing, we can release. It maybe an injury preventing our regular routine; a relationship completing its cycle; live transitions that affect us; a departed loved one; 'lost job' or unfulfilled expectation... Any of those and many other grief moments can affect our mood, and how we feel. Bottled up, we can feel lost. Spoken out, we release and free energy, to make space for something new/ fresh and positive ... You will be held well in a small, caring group.
