About the Class

This class welcomes everyone seeking easy-to-use practical tools to release stress and bring mindfulness into your daily life and create sustainability and balance. We'll tune in to what's needed on the day with easy stretches, long breathes, mindfulness and deep relaxation. You will leave class/ for you enjoy starting the day invigorated and at peace.
