About the Class

Enjoy a nourishing time out, dream-journeying in stillness and deep relaxation to sounds of Tibetan Singing bowls and other instruments played live just for you, peaceful yoga/nidra, and nourishing home-made yogi-fika. Hop on a boat from Strömstad and travel back on the day. Sound has a deeply healing and balancing effect on mind, body and soul.
