A discourse of 6 live-zoom evenings on the subject of our relationship to Earth, in which we explore through gentle bodywork, journalling and group sharing, what arises. THE JOURNEY A 6-week journey to greater resonance, stability and arriving at your true self. "Hummus, Earth and earthlings" An invitation to contemplate and explore what the meaning earth, soil and our relation to it as human being or hum-an (originating in the word ‘earthling’) holds. The earth element stands for grounding, rooting, centring, tapping into our ‘home’, motherland, ancestors and ultimately being closer at arriving at the realisation of the self, independent of outer. When we remember how to ground and relate to earth, we live and re-source from within, from deep down below, and create a container for stronger self-support then any car, housing or financial ‘security’/ or lack of, can bring. This is also a call with focus on how to better service her, creating (baby) steps within our reach to re-align back to being grateful, hum-ble visitors on this Earth. We will strike chords with words such as: Humble Humorous Humanity Humiliation Humming I am - 'aham' stemming from ‘hum' ‘I am the jewel of the lotus flower’ - 'Om mani padme hum' Be warmly invited to explore in an intimate small live zoom-group via shared contemplation, journalling and integrative grounding practices in an organic, intuitive flow. Live recordings can be made available for someone unable to attend a live session. For privacy purposes, recordings won't be shared outside our group.
