Welcome to a bespoke unique private class for yourself. Yoga is a way to enjoy greater health and wellbeing regardless of age, ability and flexibility. It works holistically for our bodies, mind and spirit, and is accessible to everyBODY. Sourcing from wellbeing practices of Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Somatic and Sama Yoga, Forest Bathing, Meditation, Nidra (deep sleep); Mantra, live Sound, Breathwork, Self-care, Affirmation and Massage, I practice yoga since 23 years and am certified teacher since 2013. Also working as a body therapist and offering a variety of Treatment Therapies, I can assist you/ your group well, and in tune with your specific requests and wishes. My services are always tailor-made to suit you. Gentle, fun, experiential, rejuvenating, intuitive, organic, accessible and heart-opening are key words. We glide between energising to deeply restorative and healing, often including all aspects to allow the fullest potential of deep fulfilment. Single Sessions 1 hour @ 900 sek 1.5 hours @ 1300 sek Sound Healing Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments played live just for you. 1 hour @ 1350 sek 1.5 hours 1950 sek Holistic Yoga A series of sessions addressing, adjusting and improving physical and mental well-being, daily habits (sleep-food-work routine), rehabilitation (if desired) to establish all-round improved health, new beginning and brighter outlook to life. For 5 holistic sessions of 75 minutes each, homework practices, personalised self-practice program and a 90 minute hand-over class from 9200 SEK. Kosterbo’s receive 10% off.
