About the Class

Join us by the ocean for a playful family yoga session filled with movement, songs, mindfulness, relaxation, and soothing live sounds. Together we create each class, welcoming everyone exactly as they are. We adapt to the needs and ages of those who join, making space for connection, creativity, movement, and fun. Suitable for children and their grown-ups. No experience needed. Classes take place in all weather—sunshine, wind, and rain alike! Cost
 120 SEK per person, per session Family Pass: 6 sessions for 600 SEK (can be shared between children and parents) Please bring:
