The Retreat
Celebrate 3 days of new years renewal, renovation and respite amidst a tranquil island haven in a small intimate group of up to 14 participants.

Expect an organic, intuitive and allowing flow, to be met right were you’re at. Our light-filled, peaceful studio has mats, blocks, blankets and chairs. Anything else you might need, please bring!
The Location
Welcome to Sydkoster, West Coast Sweden. Experience stunning ocean and nature life in Sweden's pristine one of a kind national maritime park.
During your time on South koster you will have your own bike to get you smoothly around the island, which is almost car free.
On arrival at Ekenas harbour on Sydkoster we’ll collect your luggage and you can collect your bicycle so that you can cycle to your accommodation.
Min car rental for up to 6 people, or a 3-wheeler ‘flagmopped’ taxi's can also be arranged.

The Accommodation
We are happy to include shared accommodation at Ateljé Lövås studio for up to six people, as well as for one/ two people in a cottage of 15 sqm - a three minute walk across the field to the studio.
Alternatively, you are welcome to rent affordable private cottages a short bike ride (1.6 km) from our yoga studio at Bergdalen.
All accommodations have kitchen to prepare meals at your leisure. There is a well stocked organic supermarket a 5 minute walk away.
Conveniently right next to the yoga studio, overlooking open fields, Ateljen offers simple, clean, comfortable acommodation in a single room and mezzanine with a shared living/kitchen a bathroom.
(2 nights in either the shared bright spacious mezzanine (single bed) or in a single bedroom with bunk bed.)
Please note that bedding hire is an additional 150sek.
Private cosy cottages are right on the ocean and offer stylish, modern accommodation.
Please note that bicycle rent from Bergdalen is excluded and can be arranged at additional cost.
