I will guide you into a gentle slow practice, with easy yet powerful poses to unwind and release tension and stress. Inspired by Hatha, Somatic Yoga, Yin & Restorative. Focus is on nurturing, sensitising nerves, finding grace and ease; finding gentle ways out of tiredness, dis-ease; expanding via surrender to doing little; we move slowly, deliciously and attentively.
