About the Class
In this three week course we explore gentle somatic movement to free tension and loosen muscular holding patterns in hips and lower back. Somatic Yoga focuses on slow, conscious movement to enable us detect where we can consciously release a little deeper, and where we can improve communication between muscle and brain. It’s slow, it’s subtle, yet goes deep. With greater awareness of movement, you will create healthier habits to move with more ease, grace and freedom, and feeling more at home in your body and in tune. There will be time to share experience and clear questions in class. Join us live on zoom at home/work, or in your own time via recorded playback class in a private Facebook group (soon accessible on this homepage for the ones who are not on Facebook) Warmly welcome.
