About the Class

A nourishing, invigorating as well as relaxing yoga class on the beautifully terraced Tavernan roof-top, overlooking the ocean awaits. Enjoy stretching, softening and energising, calming your mind, breathing exercises and enjoying some funkier Tai-Chi moves. You're super welcome un-bendy and stiff especially. This class works for all - we’ll be tuning right in to your personal needs so you can leave class feeling calm, softened and invigorated - ready for a beautiful day ahead. Suited to beginners and seasoned practitioners who like to take it relaxedly. Happens in rain and sunshine, part rooftop is covered. Travel yoga mats and blocks provided. Bring along a blanket if your can, and anything else you’d like to use.
