A nourishing, invigorating as well as relaxing yoga class right on the ocean at the beautiful Lyhts nature reserve Camping awaits. Enjoy softening and releasing tent (or other)-stiffness, energising via yoga moves and stretches, calming your mind via breath exercises & meditation, and have fun with the odd Tai Chi move. This class works for all - we’ll be tuning right in to your personal needs so you can leave class feeling calm, softened and invigorated - ready for a beautiful day ahead.
