About the Class

A nourishing, invigorating as well as relaxing yoga class right on the ocean awaits. Enjoy stretching, softening and energising, calming your mind, and enjoying some relaxed self-massage and Yin. You're super welcome un-bendy and stiff especially. This class works for all. You'll leave class feeling calm, softened and invigorated - ready for a beautiful evening ahead. Well suited to beginners and seasoned practitioners. Happens in light rain and sunshine. Please bing your own mat or be welcomed to practice without enjoying the natural grounds. Bring: Sun lotion + water, anything else you may like to use.
