About the Class

Deeply nourishing, relaxedly activating classes right on the ocean await. Classes are suited to individual needs - you can be comfortable choosing what feels right, enjoy releasing stiffness, energising via asana (posture), calming your mind via breath exercises, sound, relaxation, meditation and have fun with the odd Tai Chi move. You will leave class feeling calm, softened and invigorated - ready for a beautiful day ahead. Depending on weather, classes are more vigorous and moving, or relaxing and softening. We practice in wind, rain and sun. Welcome as you are. You will be fine. Varmt välkommen!
