About the Class

Build sustainable health and energy re-boot with yoga! This class welcomes everyone seeking easy-to-use practical tools to release stress, bring mindfulness into your daily life and create stability and balance. We'll tune in to what's needed on the day, from easy stretches, gentle moves to invigorate/build strength, meditation, massage, mindfulness practices and relaxation - so you can enter/exit your week at peace, joyful and focused. Dates: 9:15 - 10:45 Mondays, Fridays 16 Sep-16 Dec 2024 Myrenvägen 25, Nordkoster No classes: 20-30 Sep (in Family Constallation Training); 18 Oct-4 Nov (Sardinia Retreat) Places available: 8 Blocks, straps, sheep skin and mats available.
