Relax deeply via activating movement, slow yoga and simple self-massage elements. You are welcome as you are, with aches and pain, fit or unfit, starting yoga afresh, or practicing. Yoga will nourish you right were you are, and benefits can be felt after just one class. You will be able to melt effortlessly into a more open and softer body via stimulating and activating moves, slow floor based poses, and enjoy their calming and nourishing effects interlaced with massage. A sense of deep rested-ness, energy reboot and great night sleep awaits. We aim for moves which have a calming effect on the nervous system, as well as the mind, and are a great tool to ease out of tension and stress. Loved spots to take care of, are freeing tension and improving flexibility in hips, back, shoulders and neck and inviting fluidly into joints and fascia. Energetically, we will also balance our meridian lines and restores energy levels of vital organs - kidneys, liver, gallbladder, urinary bladder and stomach. Expect a relaxed body and mind, openness and flexibility returning as well as a sense of well-being, feeling more at home in your body - alive and vibrant, yet deeply rested and recharged.
